DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy

Movuter Arcade ("Movuter", "we", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of game creators, artists, and developers. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear, compliant notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA").

1. Original Content & Code Ownership

All HTML5 Canvas source code, game assets, custom audio synthesizers, original text articles, strategy guides, and UI graphics on Movuter Arcade are either developed in-house, used under open-source licenses (MIT/BSD/Creative Commons), or published with explicit authorization from creator rights holders.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or embedded on Movuter Arcade in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the exact material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL link on movuter.com.
  4. Your contact details: full legal name, physical address, phone number, and direct email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you posted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed material, contact information, and consent to federal court jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Movuter Arcade maintains a policy of terminating user access or removing listings of parties who are deemed repeat infringers.
